We recommend booking as soon as your event date is confirmed, especially for weddings and large events during peak seasons (spring and fall). For weddings, we suggest 6-12 months in advance. For corporate events and smaller gatherings, 2-4 weeks is usually sufficient, though earlier booking ensures availability.
We are based in Innisfil, ON and serve the entire Greater Toronto Area including Barrie, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Newmarket, and surrounding regions. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside a 50km radius from our kitchen.
Yes! We offer complimentary tastings for wedding clients and large events (100+ guests). For smaller events, we offer tasting sessions for a nominal fee that can be applied toward your final bill if you book with us. Tastings are by appointment only and typically include 3-5 menu items of your choice.
Absolutely. We are experienced in accommodating various dietary needs including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, nut allergies, and other restrictions. Please inform us of any dietary requirements when booking so we can plan accordingly and ensure safe preparation and service.
Our full-service packages include food preparation, delivery, setup, professional serving staff, and cleanup. We also provide chafing dishes, serving utensils, and disposable plates/utensils (or can coordinate rentals for formal events). Beverages, linens, and specialty rentals are available as add-ons.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations 15-30 days before the event forfeit the deposit but receive a refund of any additional payments. Cancellations less than 14 days before the event are subject to full payment. We understand emergencies happen and always try to work with clients on a case-by-case basis.
